Overview
Staff performance management is a dynamic and strategic approach to sustain a high-performance culture within an organization. For too many businesses, employee performance management leaves a lot to be desired. Either it is not done at all or it is don’t poorly and leaves both parties unsatisfied. The goal of having an effective staff performance management plan is to bring out the best in every employee and align it with the organization’s long-term vision and mission.
It is important to note that there are no fixed performance appraisals, motivations and reviews criteria. They differ from one organization to another based on organizational guidelines and culture. This training will help the participants evaluate the efficiency of the organization’s performance management practices and work towards aligning them with its business objectives. Additionally, it will further equip the participants with the right knowledge, skills and attitude towards paving a path of growth and success for their own team members and business.
