Overview
The under representation of qualified women in leadership positions has created a gender gap that exists in many areas of the workplace. Women who seek leadership positions face barriers and many times give up because they become overwhelmed in dealing with obvious barriers. Old business models do not identify and develop women for succession planning pipelines.
This program examines the issues facing women in leadership positions and offers strategies for handling them. It is designed to help women develop an action plan for personal and organizational development that builds on their unique strengths and opportunities as leaders. Additionally, it brings together women leaders who share aspirations to deliver powerful leadership development.
Target Audience
This event is designed and recommended for all Public Sector; Private Sector and NGO staff and all who are interested in expanding leadership influence and authority and supporting the paradigm shift in women leadership at the workplace.
The course is essentially recommended to ALL Interested professionals.
