Overview
To manage a project and work together effectively, everyone on the team needs to use a common language and have a clear understanding of all expectations. It’s not only project managers that are tasked these types of responsibilities. Even without the title of ‘project manager’, many professionals can still benefit from learning the skills and techniques project managers utilize every day.
The course is designed for those staff who are not professional project managers but are required to learn the fundamentals of project management due to organizational requirements. The course focuses on key stages of planning, executing and completion of projects, to increase your effectiveness both on the team and in your own functional area.
